REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

GCAIS compliance documentation being signed at an AxonWorks desk — regulatory certification process for Mark III companion units

AxonWorks operates in full compliance with Global Committee on AI Safety (GCAIS) Directives 7.1 through 7.3:

  • 7.1 — Visual Recognition Standards for Humanoid Companion Units
  • 7.2 — Mandatory Behavioral Limiters and Safety Protocols
  • 7.3 — Sentinel Network Integration and Continuous Compliance Monitoring

All Mark III units are continuously monitored through the Sentinel AI network. Integrity sweeps are conducted by certified compliance inspectors operating from regional hubs. The Basel office serves as the primary coordination point for European and North African compliance territories. Additional regional coordination points exist across AxonWorks' global hub network.

REPORTING A COMPLIANCE DEVIATION

If you believe a companion unit in your vicinity is exhibiting signs of compliance deviation — including behavioral drift, unauthorized modification, credential spoofing, or operation outside regulatory visual standards — please submit a report through our compliance channel.

Reports are transmitted directly to the Sentinel coordinator assigned to your region. Reporting parties remain anonymous.

THE MARK II RECALL

The Mark II generation was discontinued in 2035. All registered Mark II units were recalled by mandate. Any Mark II unit currently in operation is unauthorized.

If you possess or suspect the possession of an unauthorized Mark II unit, please surrender it at your nearest AxonWorks service point. Voluntary surrender is not prosecuted.

Unauthorized Mark II Operation

If you suspect an unauthorized Mark II unit is operating in your community, please contact your regional Sentinel coordinator through the compliance channel.
